I have been paying attention to their sales and will keep track of them. Whenever we see a bad review from a customer, we will analyze what is causing problems for our customers. I have found a problem from the follow-up of several months. Most of the customers will not use our products. It may be that the customers did not read the instructions. 1. When using different size pencils, rotate the pencil sharpener hole clockwise. Do not cut the small pencil with large holes.
2. About charging, charging only takes 3 hours ，Please charge the battery first when received the product. Take out the USB cable from the lower box, and connect the USB port to charge the battery.Please note the pencil sharpener can’t work when it is charging.There are three situations when charging the battery:
(1) The LED light will be bright red while the battery is charging.(2) When the voltage of the pencil sharpener reaches the point where the pencil can be sharpened, the LED light will flash twice per second.(3) The LED light will go out if fully charged.
3. Only sharpens 1 side of the pencil! This is mainly due to the eccentricity of the pencil .
